1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 226phjoy website, creating a 226phjoy account, or using any 226phjoy service — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, bingo rooms, and sports betting — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 226phjoy platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 226phjoy platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. These Terms are in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 226phjoy platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

226phjoy reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access 226phjoy's gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) 226phjoy account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 226phjoy employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the 226phjoy registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. 226phjoy is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

226phjoy is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 226phjoy reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Approval

226phjoy reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 226phjoy account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your 226phjoy login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or support agents.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 226phjoy account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to enhance account security.
• You must notify 226phjoy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You must log out of your 226phjoy account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

226phjoy will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 226phjoy that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

226phjoy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your 226phjoy account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 226phjoy of unauthorized access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

226phjoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. 226phjoy does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 226phjoy reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the 226phjoy deposit page. 226phjoy does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified 226phjoy account. Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one (1) business day. 226phjoy reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 226phjoy reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

226phjoy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 226phjoy bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 226phjoy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors will be voided and the relevant account may be suspended.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire upon the deadline.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 226phjoy platform — including live casino, slots, crash games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

226phjoy's games are provided by licensed, independently audited game providers. RNG (random number generator) games are certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios with real-time monitoring. 226phjoy does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 226phjoy reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 226phjoy is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published in the 226phjoy sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, 226phjoy's decision — made in accordance with its published settlement rules — shall be final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 226phjoy platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 226phjoy platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 226phjoy immediately.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 226phjoy platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 226phjoy content without prior written authorization from 226phjoy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 226phjoy's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the 226phjoy platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 226phjoy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

226phjoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 226phjoy platform, even if 226phjoy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

226phjoy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 226phjoy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.

12. Termination & Account Closure

226phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Prolonged account inactivity as defined in the dormant account policy.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 226phjoy support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 226phjoy through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. 226phjoy will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.

14. Amendments to These Terms

226phjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 226phjoy will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 226phjoy website at /terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of the 226phjoy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
